  • What Release of E1 is currently supported?

    AtomIQ works on all releases of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne ranging from XE through 9.2 across different platforms. However, certain features (such as E1 Orchestrator) are dependent on their availability in E1. Batch Applications & Business Functions can be called across all E1 releases

  • Can we access AtomIQ on mobile devices?

    Yes, AtomIQ can be accessed on Mobile Applications (iOS and Android). For more information, please check out FAQ’s on Mobile Apps

  • Where does AtomIQ get deployed?

    AtomIQ can be deployed in the cloud or on-premise.

  • We have a specific requirement that is currently not supported, can you customize it?

    A lot of our enhancements are driven by customer feedback and requests and we try to deliver them as fast as possible but we can prioritize an enhancement request depending on the criticality of the problem being addressed.

  • What sort of software support do I get with my Software License purchase?

    AtomIQ Platform can integrate with any enterprise applications. All business processes can be mapped to AtomIQ Apps.

  • Can I configure Push Notifications based on my needs?

    Yes, push notifications can be configured based on user preference.

  • Can I access information on AtomIQ Mobile/Tablet apps offline?

    Yes, information can be accessed offline using AtomIQ Mobile Apps

  • Where can I download the AtomIQ App?

    AtomIQ App can be downloaded from either the App Store or Play Store. Alternatively, IT Department can also leverage Mobile Device Management (MDM) and/or Mobile Application Management (MAM) tools to deploy the App.

  • What Version of Android and iOS Supported?

    Android 8.0+ iOS 12+

  • What Android and iOS Mobile Version are supported?

    We recommend running the latest iOS and Android OS versions. These are the minimum OS requirements we support. • iOS 13 or later • Android 8 or later

  • How do I get the Mobile App for my phone?

  • Do I have to buy the Mobile App?

    AtomIQ Apps are free to download. However, an active subscription is required to access business data.

  • Can I get an evaluation copy of the Software?

  • How do I obtain a User Name and Password?

    Contact your system administrator for Mobile Access if you have an active subscription.

  • Does My Mobile App ‘auto updates’?

    Yes, AtomIQ Apps can auto update based on company policy.

  • What Adapters are currently supported?

    The following adapters are currently supported: E1: Call Batch Applications, Business Functions & E1 Orchestrator Databases: Oracle, SQL Server, MYSQL MongoDB etc. OS Script: Execute scripts on Windows and Linux platforms. sFTP REST Service

  • What ERP does AtomIQ work for?

    Currently, AtomIQ works on all Oracle E1 releases. SAP will soon be supported.

  • Can I call Stored Procedures before or after I run Batch Applications?

    Yes, using dependency management, Stored procedures, E1 orchestration etc. can be triggered as required

  • Can you setup Stream Dependencies?

    Yes, jobs can be setup based on linear or multi-dependency.

  • Can you schedule jobs across Time Zones?

    Yes, jobs can be scheduled across timeszones

  • Can you send notifications with report attachments?

    Yes, pdf, csv or logs can be emailed as attachments when the jobs complete successfully in E1

  • What kind of Visualizations are supported?

    The following visualizations are supported Area/Pie/Line Chart, Horizontal/Vertical Bar,. Data Table, Gauge, Goal, Metrics
