AtomIQ works on all releases of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne ranging from XE through 9.2 across different platforms. However, certain features (such as E1 Orchestrator) are dependent on their availability in E1. Batch Applications & Business Functions can be called across all E1 releases

AtomIQ can be deployed in the cloud or on-premise.
A lot of our enhancements are driven by customer feedback and requests and we try to deliver them as fast as possible but we can prioritize an enhancement request depending on the criticality of the problem being addressed.

Yes, push notifications can be configured based on user preference.
Yes, information can be accessed offline using AtomIQ Mobile Apps
AtomIQ App can be downloaded from either the App Store or Play Store. Alternatively, IT Department can also leverage Mobile Device Management (MDM) and/or Mobile Application Management (MAM) tools to deploy the App.
Android 8.0+ iOS 12+
We recommend running the latest iOS and Android OS versions. These are the minimum OS requirements we support. • iOS 13 or later • Android 8 or later

The following adapters are currently supported: E1: Call Batch Applications, Business Functions & E1 Orchestrator Databases: Oracle, SQL Server, MYSQL MongoDB etc. OS Script: Execute scripts on Windows and Linux platforms. sFTP REST Service
Currently, AtomIQ works on all Oracle E1 releases. SAP will soon be supported.
Yes, using dependency management, Stored procedures, E1 orchestration etc. can be triggered as required

Yes, jobs can be setup based on linear or multi-dependency.
Yes, jobs can be scheduled across timeszones
Yes, pdf, csv or logs can be emailed as attachments when the jobs complete successfully in E1
